Greetings Mr. A. Long time no talk. Glad to see you are breaking out of the restraints of work and dropping by to talk to us again.

You stated: "And one other thing. With the pieces of the puzzle coming together and the stock flat LOR is ripe as a take over target. Sure wish I knew how this story was going to end.

Well it ends 'Happily Ever After' of course!!
(Cant say how it will end, just happily.)

At some point the street will decide whether they like the results/potential of Globalstar, at that point they will take a look at Loral as a whole and not be able to control themselves. By the time G* gets some money coming in, all the recently launched sats will also be producing cash to the bottom line.

You dont have to be told to get in now, while the price is low - you have been doing it for some time now. My only
hope is that BS manages to fend off the sharks long enough so that the stock price gets up enough so that a takeover results in a net gain for us all.

Next shareholders meeting is going to be real interesting you can bet on that. Perhaps you can get off work and travel out to say howdie.

Have a good one.

Jeff Vayda

Welcome back, Mr. A. Barring a real blindsiding event, I have difficulty building a case for anything but an eventually profitable ending; time value of money included, lost opportunity ID'd in rearview mirrors excluded.

Perhaps a more creative thinker (interpretation = guzzled a large expresso already <ggg>) can come up with a disaster scenario this morning.

Mr A,
Nice to hear from you again. I think the recent weakness may be due to the U.S. indicting McDonnell Douglas over a previous China deal.

Investors may be worried about a possible similar indictment against LOR. This is the only recent negative development that I am aware of.
