Guess what? Cable is dominating!

This too: ATHM believes it is the fastest growing ISP on a % basis and #2 on an absolute number basis.

additional info: it was suggested that for little incremental cost the existing architecture can support a 40% penetration rate.

Edit: Do Not infer that 40% is the max penetration rate - it's not.
