On at least several properties, I believe Tulawaka, and maybe South Buluyandu (or whatever), I believe that Ashanti has to spend $3M and $4M respectively by Oct. of 2000 or it reverts to Pangea. Before that time, if Ashanti decides to sell it then PGD has right of first refusal. I would think, although this isn't my field, that the more gold Barrick finds at their portion of Buluyandu, the more valuable the attached property becomes. Perhaps it would effect opinion on what other properties of similar geology in Tanzania would possibly contain.

Regards,
HL
