Wonder if it's time to get Thomas Busillo out of carbon freeze to lead us through the asteroid field known as the 10-K. It's due any day now; maybe it's being passed around the floor today. (Previous 10-K's were 11/02/98, 10/8/97.)

Only thing I can think of that would attempt to explain the behavior of the stock today. Sloppy bid-ask updating, a spread of 62 x 62 5/8 at one point, no correlation to any other index or the usual stocks (INTC, et al), big buys coming out of nowhere all of a sudden starting at 10:45 with no real follow-through, and now a forced march has begun.

I don't know what's going on today, and for a while, it looked like the specialist didn't either. But it looks like he just figured it out. Anybody got a clue?
