No Decision In Microsoft Case This Week
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The judge in the Microsoft antitrust case Wednesday refined a Tuesday announcement that his 'findings of fact' will be issued on a Friday evening, by saying through a spokesman it will not be this Friday.

The court has said the findings will be released on a Friday evening at 6:30 p.m. Eastern Time.

But a court press liaison said Wednesday, ``The findings of fact will not issue on Oct. 22.'

The Justice Department and 19 states allege Microsoft Corp (Nasdaq:MSFT - news) . violated the nation's antitrust laws and Jackson held a 76-day trial on the matter. Microsoft has denied any wrongdoing. The judge's first major decision in the case will be findings of fact.

Jill, I bought a lot more today 90 1/2 to 91 On a short term basis one could argue that it would have better to wait for a dip.
I found that approach too risky.<g>

I would rather be in more stock and take a chance on a short term. These are basically investment shares and not for trading.

MSFT is now getting set for better run ups along with the tech sector. I guess these guys saw how Sunw keeps climbing giving investors the impression that MSFT is in decline in their business (reflecting in the stock price).
I think they have now learned their lesson.
