Point wasn't that the PSFT buyout was a reason to invest - I am long term (> 18 months minimum) investor anyway. I've been VNTV holding for a bit, and presently have a very minor loss. I was interested in nibbling down before PSFT made the move. Ironically, I was looking at PSFT as well. BOD, I don't believe, has a controlling share in VNTV, and for that matter in any company I hold shares in....which companies are u referring to? Wishing you luck in your future investments...SemiBull
