``WTAA' Enters Agreement to Acquire Major California Bottler Sales to
Approach $8.0 Million This Fiscal Year!

SACRAMENTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 20, 1999--Bill McKay, Chairman & CEO, and Bob Mueller, Chairman & CEO of California Bottling Co., Inc. are
pleased to announce that they have entered into a binding Option Agreement under which WTAA will acquire California Bottling Co., Ltd. (``CBC'), one of California's
premier bottlers. The purchase price of $5.6 million is comprised of cash and restricted stock.

California Bottling Co., Inc. has achieved 84% compound growth rate in revenues over the last four years, with projected revenues of $8.0 million in fiscal 1999 and
earnings well above industry standards. The Company's clientele includes Coke, Albertson's, WAL-MART, K-MART, Suntory, McKesson, Shasta Beverages, Western
Family Foods, and Whole Foods ... all these products being produced out of CBC's modern 55,000 square foot facility in Roseville, a suburb of Sacramento, CA.
California Bottling Co.'s enviable performance is the result of a powerful management team, headed by Mr. Mueller an engineering graduate of Purdue University and who
has a Juris Doctor Law from Capital University, Columbus Ohio ...along with co-founder, Chris Crain, President, a Stanford MBA with extensive planning and financial
management experience.

Mr. Mueller, who is also Vice President of the California Bottled Water Association, and a member of the Membership Committee of the International Bottled Water
Association, has joined WTAA's Board of Directors and has become a member of WTAA's Executive Committee. Mr. Crain will continue as President of CBC thereby
ensuring the continuity and success of CBC and its management team.

In addition to announcing the CBC agreement, Mr. McKay is also pleased to announce that Mr. Steve Nickolas has been appointed to the position of Chief Marketing
Officer (CMO) of WTAA where his extraordinary marketing skills can be focused on the development of the Company's exciting Branded, Custom and Licensing Division.
