K,

I fully agree with your summation about the validity of this "rally." I really don't see a DOJ decision making much of an impact as much of that has already been factored in--unless the decision is DRAMATICALLY against the company, which I doubt. I also think you are right on this bottom thing....we should see a market low the end of Oct. or first few days of Nov. going into the FOMC meeting, then no rate change, maintain same bias and everyone will sigh relief until next Feb.

All JMO, of course.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The judge in the Microsoft antitrust case Wednesday refined a Tuesday announcement that his 'findings of fact' will be issued on a Friday evening, by saying through a spokesman it will not be this Friday.

The court has said the findings will be released on a Friday evening at 6:30 p.m. Eastern Time.

But a court press liaison said Wednesday, ``The findings of fact will not issue on Oct. 22.'

The Justice Department and 19 states allege Microsoft Corp (Nasdaq:MSFT - news) . violated the nation's antitrust
