Bob, I fear you are using "selective memory", on the last run up, I actually stated a run to $.18 seems to be in the card, was that a self fulfilling prophecy? Furthermore, my turnips' "prophecy" was for a yearly close of $.08, and we have been below that as well, so how can that be self fulfilling. I think that greater forces than the turnips are trying to get out and they are the one selling into any news release from Utah.

To all,

Does anyone know of a poison pill program in effect with GPGI?

To my knowledge, one does not exist. If not, why not??

This fact supports the idea that a takeover is not out of the question.

I think that it is time for Mr. Jensen to step up and make some statement regarding the volume and price decline. That statement should include an accurate account of shares outstanding and float.

Everyone is wondering where all the selling is coming from, I invite anyone to respond to this thread if they have decided to throw in the towel within the last 30 days.

Some of the selling could be from people that bought in with the last pump who have changed their mind and are now dumping.

Tony

Zack, my understanding (and Bob Walsh's numbers agree) is that the float is about 13MM, and outstanding shares are about 35MM (or a bit less), thus a group could not get enough shares for a controlling interest, it would seem. Ed's concern is I think more apropos - that the downward price spiral would diminish the ability to operate the company effectively to reach stated goals. I have been wondering whether the hedge-covering in the panicky "carry trade" bullion markets might explain at least a portion of the selloff. Perhaps some folks in that sector who bought a basket of various gold stocks are dumping everything to cover bad shorts. But that's just my conjecture - I have no evidence. Or it's just a meltdown following a long disheartening slide. I would disagree with those who speculate that there are insiders with special negative information. If that were the case it would not have been a long, slow even decline as the charts show.

Anyway, to me this looks like the best buying opportunity ever. But it comes down to which camp you've joined: the "will they" or "won't they" camp. The rear-view mirror will reward the correct choice.

Regards,
Scott
