Every commercial break, without exception, contains at least one advertisement for DiTech 125% home mortgage loans. "Get more than the value of your home! For a new car, a boat, home improvement, college, whatever you want!" Of course, they don't mention STOCKS, because the SEC would come down on them faster than monica on slick willy. But they're advertising on CNBC for chrissake. Who do they think they're kidding? What if the suckers can't buy? They are in credit card debt, and the rates are going up....
