At best, I think the market factored in a decision "against" MSFT and a ruling to the contrary will not necessarily boost the stock, but will no longer offer any resistance due to the looming uncertainty. At worst, my guess is that the market has been neutral and as such will remain that way regardless of the decision. There seems to be a school of thought that an investment in MSFT will actually be worth more in the event the company is broken up. (Although I am sure this is in the minority.)
