John, I think that you may be correct. More bids in today. MLM wants to close the Lyco deal by Oct 30th. If they get their financing I think your 0.90 shares will look good. Now Bernie just close your financing. Good luck to all. DRA

John, I phoned IR man Jim this morning to find out about the financing for the Lyco deal as it is supposed to close today. He would not confirm nor deny that they have the financing, but by the tone of his voice I gather that we should be getting a NR soon. If they have the financing in place this could be a great boost for the shareholders as well for the price of the stock.
