Hickory,
So far it's all been one way in this deal. Believe me
when I say the tide is going to turn. I believe that there will be at least 3 more laws filed in short order against AOW (Gemini), Discovery in the suit filed by Laird will start in Nov. And, because of Allan Laird's Derivative Action suit:
"The Company also announces that it will not be proceeding with the previously announced brokered and non-brokered private placements, as a result of litigation by its former president and the litigation ongoing in Wyoming."

And, please pay particular note to the mention of: "and the
litigation ongoing in Wyoming". Hmmmm, seems a little different than Jarvis' announcement that they "won" the
hearing in Lander.

Hickory,

Yes,I appear to be a professional sucker myself! On the other hand, I have this bizzare notion that if I own something, I have my say,so I'm pretty upset that I didn't receive an annual meeting proxy at all. Things are looking down aren't they?
