-BLOOR RESEARCH: "Linux versus NT: The Verdict"
newsalert.com.

Current Linux journal also has article on who owns what at redhat which is still why I think redhat is worth about ten a share on a good and applix is six times that on a bad day. In spite of copies problems Corl is definitely worth more than redhat.

Your analysis relies heavily on the integrity of the board. I'm not sure I have as much confidence in them as you do. Many, if not all, are friends of Cowpland. They appear to give him great freedom to run the company as he pleases. I have seen nothing from them in the past that would indicate they would force his resignation.

>When the realization sets in that Cowpland likely will plead guilty
>to avoid an expensive and risky trial, the board will have no choice
>except discharge him or accept his resignation. How
>else react to a CEO who brazenly screwed his own shareholders in
>order to save his personal hide? My expectation is the stock will
>then go up substantially.
