Rule 127: This rule had provided that a member with a clean agency cross was permitted to trade with the exposed bid or offer if the clean-up price for the block was 1/8 point outside the current quotation. With the change in the minimum variation, a member may trade with the exposed bid or offer only if the clean-up price is 1/16 of a point outside the current quotation.
