Hi Dave: Haven't had much of an update lately, but have a phone number to one of the group that is pursuing this debacle further. I don't know if you've got your phone number on your profile, but if you don't, email me at thorslplc@prodigy.net & I'll pass it on if you want to pursue it further. My guesstimate is that there will be nothing for shareholders, something that invariably happens in deals like this, & there is no infrastructure re the company. I guess it can still be traded but whyu anyone would buy is absolutely beyond me. What I do know is that there are several individual law suits against Kennedy Cap. & how tha's going I don't know. You cannot believe the number of people that got my number when this deal was exploding telling me of Gary's ongoing shamming/hyping the stock. Some truly sad stories!
