Just amazing the share price is falling only 3 trading days before the AGM. Why would that amaze you? The IP's are NOT done, contrary to what Mike Gold says. With all due respect to Mike Gold he has been fed another line of MDHM CRAP. If they are done where is the news release? The famous financing that management rumored was to be closed in September, certainly by the end of September has not materialized. The market cap is 15 million dollars, based on what??
