Tim. I am not selling. I do not advocate selling CS. Anyone who does may save 4 points (a retreat to 12) but could easily miss the buyout if it happens, and could easily be buying back at higher levels. Not a seller here.

So wave your wand, do your spell, pray your prayer and lets get this deal done.
