I was told by Yago $25 by years end. My thoughts are that Piyush felt that the current "bid" would get reflected in the market price, and that the mid 30's would come through negotiation and as a premium of current price ($25). But, the offers were for $25, and that's it. IMHO. And that's just too cheap.
