Bob, instead of lamenting about the price, call Jensen for his comment and report to the thread. I would call, but I suspect there wouldn't be enough four letter words for me by Jensen in any conversation. BTW, I'm still buying here. Never know who your friends are, do you? <VBG>

Bob,

I am sorry, but the "poison pill" for this company has worked in reverse. The "poison pill" has been lack of credibility and the inability to produce on any announced goal or outcome.

Tell me about one accomplished goal or achievement of any announced outcome.

If the "goodies, ala Zeev" are there, then they need to be extracted and sold for the good of the corporation and its legal shareholders.

Jensen, et. al. may have "control", but they also have "responsibility", and I mean "legal" responsibility. Never forget that. Could we collect? Probably not, but we should endeavor to make Jensen a pauper before we quit.

How, now, could Mr Jensen extract himself from the present impasse? Here it is--Do, sir, what you have repeatedly said you were going to do!!

Get some credibility in the smallest way at first, then build upon that. Speak up, stand up, and take responsibility, for you are the CEO here with all the attendant legal and moral responsibilities. Well strike the moral part!

Not buying till Zeev says, Jack!!
