<<This means close to an extra $4000,000 per year for Dalton and they are debt free, sounds good to me.>>

Hello Scotchman,
It is understandable that investors are cautious.
This tie in at Strachan is only the first step.Hopefully many more will follow.A production history needs to be established over a 2 to 3 month period and additional seismic data which is currently being evaluated will be required to encourage a major player to participate in further drilling.Seems some participants at Strachan are of the opinion that the well may clean itself up after flowing for a couple of months and flow at 8 to 10 million a day raw gas. Some do not share that opinion and feel the well will stabilize at 5 million a day.First Star and others believe that twining the discovery well to access the shallow sweet gas may not be the best strategy and suggest there are better locations for a Manville test.Only time will tell.
With gas prices at such levels and some major producers becoming virtual cash cows as a result, it would surprise me not to see a second Swan Hills test at Strachan within a reasonable time frame.Nobody can with conviction state what a second deep well drilled in a more optimum location can produce.Thirty million a day and more is possible based production from a similar zone nearby but until it is drilled, cased, and tested???.

Best Regards,
Richard
