Bill, the current moratorium on new internet taxes expires when? Got to be less than a year, no?

Many people think the moratorium is directed at sales taxes, which it is absolutely and positively not. Sales taxes are a go under existing rules if nexus is established.

The moratorium deals with new taxes governments can dream up, just like these two. So when it expires there will be a slew of proposals like this - the threat is real and coming closer. -ng-
