I hope they will release a PR about it.<< I am not sure how much cash they will actually end up seeing from this, but it is nothing but gooooood news for them. This was the one negative hanging over their heads. Now it is gone! What I don't know is just what the settlement is, and how much cash or other consideration they will be able to gain from it. I also agree that a Press Release is in order. The positives for this company make for a long, long list. Suffice to say, I bought more today, and I plan to lock these shares away for a long time.
