Sorry, but that's incorrect - WCW's climb to prominence coincided with Hulk's move there to form the NWO with a few of the other wrestlers. Lightening will not strike twice in that regard as Hogan is no longer the commodity he was. Having said that, Turner will spend what it takes to get back in the race. I am not only not investing in WWFE but am looking for an appropriate shorting point. I wish you luck (till i short of course)

P.S. As far as violence goes, the WWF is WAY ahead (behind?) the WCW. Their current interest stems from their promotion of increased sex and violence.

The only two programs my 87 year old Uncle Walt watches on T.V. is the W.W.F. and the W.C.W. since he finally had cable installed 3 years ago.
He never misses a Monday night RAW!
I cannot watch more than a few minutes but I notice a big difference between the two.
The W.C.W. is much tamer and shows quite a bit of solid wrestling. No women shaking their boobs or guys swearing at the crowd. If its 'rasslin you want to see, they are the pick.
The W.W.F. is a joke. I liken it to "Days of Our Lives" on steroids.Who hates whom.Which chick wrestler is screwing around with Mc Mahon.(who by the by,has had his own manhood questioned on occasion)Nothing but a marketing ploy to get the suckers watching to fork over $29.95 to see the real thing.Hardly any free matches at all.
We all know that McMahon is an arrogant, egotistical, omnipotent owner who picks and chooses his boys at will.Give him credit though, he is a marketing genius. It does, however, seem to be running stale by now.
On yeah,Uncle Walt would NEVER pay an extra dime to watch a Pay Per View match. He was brought up during the depression.
I really don't want to get pinned on this one.
Think I'll wait for the second fall.
My fingers must be in a submission hold since I just can't push the "buy" button.
