Didn't MVEE say about 70 days ago that it would be filing with the SEC in 60 days? MVEE will not be filing with the SEC... They are a Canadian company. They filed with the Canadian equivalent (as you already know). I was not able to find a PR on Aug 11th (70 days ago) stating that they would be filing with the SEC. I was able to find a statement that they would be filing a form 10 after the completion of the merger. Surely you have something better to do with your time than to repost that question over and over... I know I have better things to do than to read it. <g> The merger will have to be soon. EINI has been placed on notice for it's 'E' and it will be officially added Monday. They have less than 30 days to get the merger competed and the paperwork approved by the SEC or EINI will be de-listed. And if already merged MVEE will be delisted with it. :-( Mark
