Chuck, <So, you are saying Intel can ship 800+MHz CuMines in January and 1.2-1.4GHz CuMines by July/August using P858?>

Are you saying that AMD can reach those same speeds in the same timeframe?

And what makes you believe that Intel can't ship (in the AMD sense of "phantom releases") 800 MHz Coppermines in January? However, 1.2-1.4 GHz Coppermines by August is kind of a stretch.

Charles - <So, you are saying Intel can ship 800+MHz CuMines in January and 1.2-1.4GHz CuMines by July/August using P858?>

I said P858 should have no problem keeping up with the time line in the article.

It is up to you to figure out which products P858 will be running at any given time.

Next stop, "January".
