Because it is over-valued as is, with all optimistic future projections already factored in?

Because anyone who has an account there knows the website has been neglected and customers are frustrated with it?

I am a former NTBK holder.

<< So why isn't it soaring today? >>

High account growth is already factored into the stock price. They need something more to drive the stock higher.

Methinks there is something intentionally keeping this stock price repressed( and no I don't believe in MMs manipulating it either)

I can't detail it yet, as it is just my imagination, but I think it's gonna piss off those that bought on the last offering at $29. Unless another certain sector of net stocks gets a major bounce in stock price.
