They missed the window for 0.28 and now are trying to ramp it as 0.18. But, 0.18 starting in Q2 next year is cutting is too close. Any slips here and the process will be nearly obsolete by the time it gets to volumes (at least for producing high-end micros - could be stat-of the art for anything but this market).
