Separate pricing is available for site, departmental and enterprise licenses. Included with the license fee is on-line technical support and maintenance, as well as upgrades, for the initial twelve months of use. Extended upgrade and support options are also available to users on an optional paid. KnowledgeExcelerator and KnowledgeAccess were developed specifically for business users. They offer easy to understand data mining functionality with extensive on-line support files and tutorials. Also included are understandable templates for routine data mining tasks, including customer profitability, database campaign management, accounts receivable management, and web site visitor analysis applications.
