DD on GLNC...

Glenhills Corp is essentially a shell...
Shares:
O/S: 12M
Float: 2M
An investment group owns 6M, Company insiders own 4M.
No R/S is planned.

Glenhills Corp will become Millennium Multi-Media by December 15.
This will include a ticker change.

What will Millennium Multi-Media be?

It will be an entertainment portal. MMM will sell music, movies and
other medial through an internet site. The biggest thing they will
be doing is selling downloadable movies, music etc. Blockbuster
is in process of trying to do this with regard to rentals. This is
being driven by the increasing bandwidth availability across the U.S.
MMM web site will be a global portal.

Why might this work? MMM CEO is Charles Webber. CW has 20 years
experience in the entertainment industry and is the former CEO of
Lucasfilm Ltd. Lucas films have enjoyed a certain amount of success
over the years. Webber is well connected in the entertainment
business.

There will be a NR between now and Dec 15 of the completion
of the RM into GLNC along with the new ticker. After that will be the
launch of the web portal along with a number of "deals" that are
being worked out now.

While valuations at this point are pure speculation... with only 12M
shares O/S... Mark Taggatz, my contact for the deal seems to think that
at .05 X .09, Millennium Multi-Media would be severely undervalued once
the curtain is lifted on the new company/ticker.

Finally, this will be an ongoing process and I will stay on the company
to get developments to you as they happen. I realize there are lots of
questions and I am working to get the answers. If the stock goes through .09, it will run.

Please do your own DD... not a rec to buy.

Tom
