bob, The geology is moot. What we know is that with the share capitalization ballooning, 4 consecutive years of a non stop blood bath on the balance sheet, the drill you mention sounds more like a "hail mary-end game" example of desperation. Furthermore, given the trans-Atlantic nature of the paid promotion and hype, perhaps an organization like Interpol should be investigating this puppy, if it isn't already. I notice that RXD has recently caught the attention of some esteemed short sellers on SW. Now there is a reliable indication if I ever saw one.
