the line tells you how blind dallas fans are. the same phenomina occurs with s.f. wash has a lot to prove after week 1. Just like Green Bay last week against Denver (Denver without Elway/Davis/Sharp/Mobley). That was more of a lock than this week, and look what happened. This is the weirdest football season ever!!!! In defense of Dallas fans everywhere...almost ALL fans are myopic...they look brilliant when there team finally wins, but doesn't EVERYBODY (with the exception of Laron and myself who root for perennial losers like the Ravens and the Cardinals :) ) think that for whatever reason THIS is their week/year to win? Fan IS short for fanatic remember!

blankmind............you are absolutely right about the Cowboys. In fact, the local radio talk shows here were ripping them to pieces. Fault should be blamed at all areas, whether it be QB, RB, OL or the headcoach himself. The fact is that Dallas is an aging team with a bunch of overpriced egomaniacs. Dallas will put on a good show for a little while, but in the end you are looking at an 8-8 maybe 9-7 team. The Redskins should hand them their rear ends this week. JR

This weeks picks! St. Louis beats the huge spread easily against Cleveland! Of course my SKINS will march into Texas Stadium with their "Snake boots" on and firmly plant them in some Cowgirl ass! This game has taken on a superbowl flavor here in the DC area! I wouldn't be surprised to see the SKINS drop 50+ on the 'girls this weekend!
