MENLO PARK, Calif., Oct 21, 1999 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ --
eFax.com(TM) (Nasdaq: EFAX), the world's leading Internet provider of
fax-to-email services, today announced an exclusive strategic
partnership with Phone.com, Inc. (Nasdaq: PHCM), a leading provider of
Wireless Access Protocol (WAP) software that enables the delivery of
Internet-based services to mass-market wireless phones.

The eFax(R) offering will be integrated into Phone.com's MyPhone

user customizable Internet content enabling network operators to offer
their own branded portal sites to wireless subscribers.

As part of the agreement, eFax.com will provide Phone.com with a

service, users can sign-up for their eFax number and access fax

have it forwarded to wherever they are."
