Patric, "I represent 5% of the outstanding stock, which is 15% of the float". It is what Surfmandu said, according to the post #4910 on RB. Would it mean that he should have filed 13D with the SEC?

Patrick...doesn't that only cover "professional" or business/corporate entities Vs individual/personal holdings.........My Broker and accountant has always said that I had everything covered as an individual ...and I hold over 4 majorities (excess of 10% public float) plus one that is in reverse merge status (YNOTD)...nobody has included or pre-cluded me// AlSO have one that I hold over 10% of the entire Authorized..never been contacted or advised of ANYTHING! >>>>All my "personal" investments are in the OTCBB, if that has any relativity???
