There is a vast difference between the IPM land holdings and GPGI's. Also at the time IPM was active there was not the slightest indication that they were close to solving the extraction problem.And IPM was a manipulated stock as any smart player could have realized.

You are perfectly right about Twiford. He himself is honest but he very well could be being misled by Jensen. Also, Twiford never got the answers even though he was always on the verge.

A better question than why not pick up the third party and start from scratch is why is this third party not itself involved in picking up desert dirt companies if it has such a powerful technique. From what I have heard, which may or may not be true this third party does processing for Impala. My guess is that whoever may be attempting to take over GPGI is impressed with its land holdings and is not interested in starting out at the prospecting level.
