(NASDAQ:CNXT - news) today announced record revenues of $452.2 million for the fourth fiscal quarter ended September 30, 1999, up 19 percent sequentially over third quarter 1999 revenues of $380.3 million, and up 71 percent over fourth quarter 1998 revenues of $264.7 million. Net income for the quarter was $38.0 million, or $0.36 per diluted share, compared to net income of $24.4 million, or $0.24 per diluted share, in the third quarter of fiscal 1999, a sequential increase of 56 percent in net income. In the fourth quarter of 1998, the company incurred a net loss of $233.8 million, or $2.45 per share on a pro-forma basis.
