Lawsuits in Wyoming are just beginning. Only a permanent injunction, which is rarely ever granted, was denied. The Judge made several statements indicating the strong basis for legal action against UP and AOW 's current management and BOD etc by the persons bringing the original motion and added persons ie Laird and shareholders. The crowd in Vancouver is very tightly linked in AOW UP and RIS and they have substantial assets both in the companies and as individuals. We shall see who laughs last!
