They say that drugs free the mind....

Dear Father Terrence,

The Clinton administration is offering to help Russia finish construction of a strategic radar defence site in return for Moscow's agreement to renegotiate a key missile defence treaty, reports in US media say.

news.bbc.co.uk

What a amazing proposal;- but In view of Y2k, I think "informing" Boris about all the faulty "micro chips" underhanded introduced to them as latest U.S.A "defense technology" during the cold war days would be a much better idea.

Regards

ED

It's not about legislating morality anymore. They ceded that claim when they became numbers racketeers and casino operators. It's the power they derive from keeping them illegal. We're peeing in cups for them and passively submitting to random searches. A not so subtle way to cow the population. Not to mention asset forfeiture laws. A very lucrative business, especially for the poorer local police departments.
