Gottfried and threaders, DW Bull percentages continue to break down, especially the semi's. Note that only two sectors are above the 50% and eleven sectors in the oversold area (below the 30%). It is getting in to the premium buying area for those who have the cash. Naturally, the above is only my opinions and the data which I have reviewed from the Dorsey Wright site, IBD and SEMI sites.
