Hello, Pat, I don' take WSJ. I was puzzled that Rick Whittington from BancAmerica Securities downgraded TXN. I could not find any explanation from the analyst for the downgrade.

I have not worried about TXN. Earnings, margins and revenues were superb. Management is excellent. I could not find any problems. So I wondered, what I had overlooked.
