If this is true dell is either doing this "as part of the stock options plan" and will again raise the ire of the SEC, or two, is illegally trading in its own stock. Sigh ... sign of the times - pay more attention to keeping your short term stock price up rather than running your biz. But it does make sense for management to spend a lot of time pumping the stock so they can cash out their vested options. -s-
