Hard to say....but probably not.

dav,

No class actions on Unisys.......I was surprised. Very surprised. I was looking for the first suit to be filed as a buy signal......but it never came. I guess they didn't do anything wrong.

I didn't think the company had to do anything wrong.......that these suits were just automatic.....kind of like welfare for lawyers.

I guess not.

Dav, don't think so.

IBM has consistently warned that second half was going to be tough and that we should not expect a repeat of the first half. In the euphoria of the rising stock price over the past few months, everybody seems to have forgotten or ignored that warning. They are warning again. Don't panic, listen, don't sue, just buy on the selloff and make some money. IBM will hit 160 by the end of 2000. JMHO.

Re: Months ago, LG was talking about seeing no Y2K slow down and I think he was filing to sell his shares, now, he cashed in and he is reversing his statement, is this misleading the investors or what ?

Gee ... You think just possibly, maybe, perhaps his crystal ball that reveals the future in great detail is cracked or something rather than that he is maliciously manipulating the stock?

Lawyers may jump all over this as parasites looking for blood, but I don't believe that LG being wrong (partially) about some forecast he makes months in advance is malicious. Either you let these guys give you their best forecasts (and don't sue them if they're wrong) or you end up with NO information from inside the company.

Which way would you prefer?

Bill
