Mr. Jacobsen holds a Masters in Telecommunications from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and he resides in the state. Greg M. Jacobsen: Summary Biography Greg M. Jacobsen is a senior executive with 21 years of diverse experience in telecommunications and information technology. After graduate school, Mr. Jacobsen founded and ran what became a leading telecommunications consulting firm (ranked in the top 10 by AT&T). This firm developed global networking strategies for government, industry and higher education. After selling that firm to EDS, Mr. Jacobsen accepted an executive position with EDS. His successes included marketing EDS's core services to global telecommunications companies including AT&T, MCI and British Telecommunications. Jacobsen joined SHL Systemhouse in 1992 with the specific task of making the company more of a global player by developing an outsourcing practice and leveraging a telecommunications alliance.
