Jeffrey, it does feel very much like the late 80's up here, I remember it well. However, this time the speculation is running much harder in the lower and upper ends of the spectrum, don't you think? Those with trailers are upgrading to double wides, those with double wides to modular. At the top end, their buying and building the most ridiculous monstrosities, so big and lavish that they'll never see 50 cents on the dollar. My secretary just took on a new car that I can't afford. Things seem way out of hand. Alot like the late 80's indeed.
