OK, we need some advice from the TA folks.

I am convinced that IBM will reach a forward looking 12 month low sometime before Thanksgiving. It went up too fast, and is going down too fast. As I said in post #5621, the stock was headed for a fall.

However, this ain't no Humpty Dumpty folks. The King's (LVG) men have already started to put this thing together. They started at the beginning of the year. Right now, everybody is looking at the negatives...bad 4th qtr, slow first half next year, etc. etc.. Excuse me...how about the statement that they expect one hell of a good year for 2000?

So, you technical chartists...when we reach a base, let us know?
