Frank your so right. I think IBM is guiding the analysts down so that they can beat the estimates next time (like MSFT always did). And now MSFT guiding analysts up so I suspect they are really pumping as it is out of character for them to play up their guidance. Or maybe they want to curtail any negative effects from the government case results? TTOSBT
