A good post from a guy who knows his shite over on Stockhouse. Ooooooohhhhhh!!! Such a big secret!!!if you knew what people close to the situation knew you would have covered by now........... Prophet1, if you think that many people don't know what's going on with DIO re: the TV show, you are sadly mistaken (once again). The question is: Is it more of the DIO hype and BS, or will they actually get something signed in LA this time??? Yeah, yeah, I know. Everybody's down there - so there must be a reason, right??? Well...maybe, but maybe not. "Big News" coming. "Big TV deal". "Big financing deal". We've heard it all before. I'm not in the inner circle of DIO by a long shot, yet I've heard the same stories. It's not such a "closely held" secret. People talk. There are no secrets. You may not believe this, but as much as I enjoy poking fun at you guys , I hope you get your deal. Why wouldn't I? I'm not short DIO. I'm long BOP. Big difference. My wishes are for the injunction to be dismissed and for BOP to get financing/acquire BingoNet, and rollout some deals of their own. The only reason I care about DIO is because of the injunction/arbitration. They did rain on BOP's parade, so they deserve a bit of pain in return!!! hehehee. ============================================= Within a few days, we'll all know about the judge's verdict on the injunction, so there's no point in getting into a shouting match about it. We'll know soon enough. If BOP loses, it's obviously a major setback. At the very least, they will be on hold until arbitration. Worst case, they'll have to worry about the rights reverting to BingoNet and fight to keep them. If BOP prevails, they'll proceed with their original plans, and also be free to put the hammer to DIO over certain issues. One of those issues will be whether or not DIO needs the patents for the TV show. Maybe they need them, maybe they don't. I sure as hell don't know, but neither does anyone else. If DIO shareholders think it's a non-issue they are fooling themselves. Trust me - BOP is going to push this issue. They'd be crazy not to. This could have a very negative effect on whatever TV deal DIO might have lined up. I said could, not will. Another issue, if BOP wins, will be seeking damages from the Dion Group and, by extension, DIO. BOP has more on the line right now than DIO, but don't kid yourselves, DIO has a lot at stake too. If BOP wins the injunction, the tables are going to quickly turn on DIO - TV deal or no TV deal. You guys can ignore BOP at your own peril. You can think that the TV deal will solve all of DIO's problems, but you are dead wrong.
