Good points. . but at this point, tax loss selling will yield funds that can be placed back into circulation. . . and with tax loss selling peaking by the end of year, it puts further pressure on small caps. . .now some sectors could do a William spike. . .but, as an index, I don't have much confidence. . . just not seeing rotation into this sector any more.

And perhaps my lack of confidence is a true sign of the bottom being reached. <g>
