<<Corporate Objectives for "Y2K" include "achieving a share price of $1 to $2.">>

Gee! They are certainly very optimistic. To get that kind of market cap[ (US$200M, they need to develop a minimum of 5M ounces of very low cost gold by Y2K ?

<<The company has indeed discovered a major economically feasible gold/copper resource.>>

If they are talking about Lipangue, the words economically feasible should be removed.

Although the first drill holes on Lipangue were good, it is hard to take seriously a company that makes such statements.

I have also received the packet, but nowhere I read what you posted. What is there is:"In particular,Medinah's Lipangue and Dos Marias properties have been surveyed,IP tested, drilled, and confirmed by independent geologists to contain substantial mining-grade deposits of both precious and base metals"
Also later it states:'Since the extend and richness of these strikes is still imperfectly understood,Howe recommends that Medinah undertake additional result-driven exploration programs etc. etc."

Please, if you want to report something,do it properly.I don't want to think that you had done it intentionally.
Regards.
Giancarlo

PS.:Please correct me if I am wrong.

Did the "Fat Guy" himself
oversee...................................

That ("snicker") "forensic Audit?

$1.00 to $2.00? would that be American $$$ or CDN Pesos ?

An economically feasible gold / copper resource? Did MDHM acquire a new property with "proven" tonnage that they inadvertantly neglected to divulge to the Shareholders on a timely basis?

What ! No treasurer ? "DARN"! Who signs the corporate "Checks" then?

I'm confused!

"BULLY"!
