I think that a lot of buyers are waiting for the decision of Judge Jackass.

Those who were Microsoft shareholders during the drawn-out 'look and feel' infringement case with Apple will remember Microsoft's stock price movements each time a bit of Apple's case was lost. The price of Microsoft stock climbed $16 the morning the case was closed. Unfortunately, the very next day (a Friday if I can remember correctly) the stock price fell an equivalent amount as Apple began a new case, this time for over five billion dollars.

I wouldn't be surprised to see quite a move in the stock price when today's case settles. (Either way!)

Cheers, PW.

P.S. I think the judge spells his name 'Jackson' in today's case.
